Feel free to wear comfortable clothes, similar to what you'd wear on the job. If this is your first job or you're unsure what to wear, we recommend neat, business-casual attire.
Interview results are shared within one week of the interview. Please understand that timing may vary slightly depending on internal scheduling.
MICHELO is a fast-growing startup building out roles and teams quickly. We therefore prefer candidates who can join as soon as possible after passing. That said, if you're currently employed or need time for handover, you can discuss this with the recruiter.
Interviews are conducted in person by default, typically as a first-round interview. A second round may follow depending on the role and hiring process. Depending on the candidate and company situation, a video interview via Zoom may be requested instead.
No separate interview fee is provided.
There is no separate age limit. Anyone with the skills and passion for the role, who can work proactively and efficiently, is welcome regardless of age.
